Delete your data

Effective 19 October 2026

You can ask Solvex Automation Pvt. Ltd. to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we received through our Facebook Page, Instagram account, Messenger or our Meta app "Solvex Automation".

How to ask

1. Email tusharrayamajhi956@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us where you contacted us (website, Facebook, Instagram or Messenger) and your name or username there, so we can find your data.
3. We confirm we received your request within 3 working days and give you a reference number.
4. We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

You can also send the same request as a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account.

What we delete

• Your messages, comments and attachments stored in our own systems and workflows.
• Your name, username, profile details and Facebook or Instagram ID linked to our Page.
• Contact form enquiries and emails.

What we may have to keep

If you were a client, Nepali tax and company law requires us to keep invoices, contracts and payment records for a set period. We keep only what the law requires and delete it when that period ends.

Messages and comments you posted on Facebook or Instagram themselves are stored by Meta. You can delete them in the Facebook or Instagram app, or remove our app's access under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook.
